After graduating from Interior Design in the UK, Steven Yeung founded Kar-studio in China in 2020. Kar is a design studio covering furniture and fashion design for men and women. Sculptural and organic are the first two words that came to mind after looking at the furniture line from Kar Studio. Furniture in flowing lines interspersed with shapes that most resemble simple clay work. Steven Yeung's inspiration comes from art, literature and personal experiences such as memories and emotions. Kar-studio focuses on design sensibility, aiming to convey emotion through design for a resonance with people.
